Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Delaware-Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program

EPA is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware for the purpose of establishing a Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program (SBTCP). This SIP revision was submitted by Delaware to satisfy the Federal mandate of the Clean Air Act (CAA) to ensure that small businesses have access to the technical assistance and regulatory information necessary to comply with the CAA. The rational for approving is set forth in this notice; additional information is available at the address indicated below. This action is being taken in accordance with the provisions of the Clean Air Act. DATES: Comments must be received on or before February 11, 1994.
