This Notice of Intent Revises the September 12, 1994 NOI (page 46819) by describing two changes: 1. Two decision-makers will sign the Record of Decision. The decision will be made by Abigail R. Kimbell, Forest Supervisor of the Stikine Area, and by Gary Morrison, Forest Supervisor of the Chatham Area of the Tongass National Forest. 2. The Draft EIS is now scheduled for publication in September 1995 and the Final EIS in March 1996.
