This action corrects language in the text of the notice of hearing to consider amending Marketing Order No. 985, which regulates spearmint oil grown in the Far West. Language is added to exempt certain employees of the Office of the General Counsel who may be assigned to represent the Spearmint Oil Administrative Committee at the hearing from the prohibition of discussing the merits of this rulemaking proceeding on an ex parte basis.
