The Federal Trade Commission (``Commission'') will hold a Public Workshop Conference on the application of the Commission's Trade Regulation Rule on Disclosure Requirements and Prohibitions Concerning Franchising and Business Opportunity Ventures (``the Franchise Rule'' or ``Rule'') to international franchise sales. This Public Workshop Conference is being conducted as part of the Commission's ongoing regulatory review of the Franchise rule.
