Notice of Funding Availability for Homeless Assistance; Clarification of Acceptance of Applications Received by Due Date

On May 10, 1994, the Department published a notice of funding availability (NOFA) that announced the availability of approximately $545 million for applications for assistance designed to help communities move toward continuum of care systems to assist homeless persons. The purpose of this notice is to clarify that HUD will accept applications that arrived at HUD Headquarters by the application due date.
