Grant of Applications for 800 MHz SMR, Business, Industrial/Land Transportation and General Category Channels Received Between November 8, 1993 and August 10, 1994

On March 17, 1994, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (``Bureau'') released a Public Notice concerning grant of certain applications for 800 MHz SMR, Business, Industrial/Land Transportation and General Category Channels received between November 8, 1993 and August 10, 1994. This Order modifies such grants to be conditional grants pending the Bureau's disposition of a Petition for Reconsideration filed on April 13, 1995 by the American Mobile Telecommunications Association, Inc., the Industrial Telecommunications Association, Inc., including its Council of Independent Communications Suppliers, and the Personal Communications Industry Association.
