Requirements for the Tanning Salon Operator; Notice of Public Workshop

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Southwest Region Small Business Assistance Program, Kansas District Office, Center for Devices and Radiological Health, and Office of Small Business, Scientific and Trade Affairs are sponsoring a public workshop on FDA requirements for tanning salon operators. This workshop is designed to assist tanning salon operators in understanding FDA and State requirements for certain types of UV products, compatibility, approved eye protection, exposure schedules, and medical use bulbs.
