Modification of Public Land Order No. 5490, as Amended by Public Land Order No. 5542; Oregon

This order establishes a 20-year term for a public land order which withdrew approximately 243,000 acres of public lands for multiple use management. This order will also open the lands to surface entry, except to agricultural entry. The lands have been and remain open to mining and mineral leasing.
