Special Local Regulations; APBA Outboard Drag Nationals, Missouri River, Mile 731.4 to 732.8

A special local regulation is being adopted for the APBA Outboard Drag Nationals which will be held on the Missouri River near Sioux City, Iowa on August 19-21, 1994. This regulation is needed to control vessel traffic in the immediate vicinity of the event. The regulation will restrict general navigation in the regulated area for the safety of spectators, participants and through traffic.
