Based upon a determination made pursuant to 10 CFR 600.7(b)(2)(i) Criteria (B), the DOE, Morgantown Energy Technology Center for the Metairie Site Office, announces that it intends to make a Non-Competitive Financial Assistance (Grant) Award to the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission for work entitled ``Environmental Compliance for Natural Gas and Oil Exploration and Production,'' at an estimated cost of $450,000 for a 36 month project period.
