On January 12, 1995, the Department provided notice in the Federal Register of hearings, open to the public, on Submissions #940003 and #940004. The notice stated that the hearings would be held in San Antonio, Texas, on February 13, 1995, continuing if necessary on February 14, at a location to be announced. Submission #940004 has since been withdrawn. The purpose of this notice is to provide the address for the hearing on Submission #940003 and to announce that, due to the withdrawal of the submission, the hearing on Submission #940004 is canceled.
