This document introduces the documents, set forth below, which comprise Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-24. The Department of Defense, General Services Administration and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are issuing FAC 90-24 pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 (the Act). These Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) revisions are implemented in the following subject areas:
