Cancellation of Public Hearings on Economic Aspects of the U.S. Patent System

The Patent and Trademark Office (PTO), Economics and Statistics Administration (ESA) and Technology Administration (TA) announce the cancellation of a public hearing scheduled for January 25, 1994, at the San Jose Convention Center, on certain economic aspects of the United States patent system. The hearing has been canceled due to the lack of interest of parties in presenting oral testimony. Parties interested in commenting on the topics addressed in the Federal Register notice announcing the hearing (58 FR 68394), dated December 27, 1993, may provide those comments in written form pursuant to the guidelines indicated in that notice.
