Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans Florida: Approval of Revisions for Human Crematory and Biological Waste Incineration

EPA is approving revisions to the Florida State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Florida through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). These revisions incorporate animal crematory and human crematory regulations into the Florida SIP and were submitted on October 8, 1992, and December 9, 1992, respectively.
