摘要
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) proposes to revise regulations governing Public Health Service (PHS) grants for research projects to: accommodate changes necessitated by enactment of various statutes governing research project grant programs administered by the PHS; update references to statutes and regulations; and cover all research project grant programs administered by the PHS, so the regulations will not have to be amended each time a new research project grant program is established by statute or administrative action.
