The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is withdrawing approval of a new animal drug application (NADA) held by American Cyanamid Co. The NADA provides for use of chlortetracycline bisulfate soluble bulk for making medicated drinking water for animals for the prevention and treatment of various bacterial infections. The sponsor requested the withdrawal of approval of the NADA. EFFECTIVE DATE: September 19, 1994.
