Modification of Realty ActionSale of Public Lands in Bernalillo County, NM

The Notice of Realty Action for Sale of Lands in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, published on pages 42280-42282 of the Federal Register, Volume 59, No. 158, on August 17, 1994, is hereby modified to delete Competitive Parcel No. 7, NMNM 88815, because of a potential conflict with the adjoining land owner.
