The Subcommittee on the Revision of the Regulations for Barges Carrying Bulk Liquid Hazardous Materials Cargoes, Title 46 CFR part 151, of CTAC will meet to discuss recommendations for developing a new part 152 in title 46 CFR. The new part 152 will encompass regulations for barges carrying bulk liquefied flammable or compressed gas hazardous materials. The meeting will be open to the public.
