This interim final rule authorizes expenses and establishes an assessment rate for the 1994-95 fiscal year under Marketing Order No. 905. Authorization of this budget enables the Citrus Administrative Committee (Committee) to incur expenses that are reasonable and necessary to administer the program. Funds to administer this program are derived from assessments on handlers.
