The Treasury Department, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), gives notice of proposed alteration to the system of records entitled Fiscal Record System--Treasury/ATF .004, which is subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended by the Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act of 1988. The system notice was last published in its entirety in the Federal Register, Vol. 57, No. 75, Page 13931, April 17, 1992.
