On July 28, 1994, the Department announced in the Federal Register a hearing, scheduled for August 31, 1994, at 10:00 a.m., on Submissions #940001 and #940002. The purpose of this amended notice is to announce a change of the time and date for the hearing and a corresponding change of the date for submitting written statements or briefs and requests to present oral testimony.
