The previous amendment was issued to CAEA on May 25, 2007, and a notice of its issuance was published in the Federal Register on June 4, 2007 (72 FR 30775). The original Certificate for CAEA was issued on December 27, 1999, and a notice of its issuance was published in the Federal Register on January 6, 2000 (65 FR 760).
