The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain The Boeing Company Model 757-200 and -200CB series airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by an evaluation of the design approval holder (DAH) indicating that the inner skin of the lap splices, at the lower fastener row, is subject to widespread fatigue damage (WFD).
