The FAA proposed this action due to the planned decommissioning of the VOR portion of the Mount Pleasant, MI (MOP), VOR/Distance Measuring Equipment (VOR/DME) navigational aid in support of the FAA's VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) Program.
