The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve state implementation plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of California to meet Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements for the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS or "standards") in the Riverside County (Coachella Valley), CA nonattainment area ("Coachella Valley").
