In accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended ("CERCLA"), notice is hereby given by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA"), Region 2, of a proposed cost recovery settlement agreement ("Settlement") pursuant to CERCLA with Cidra Excavation, LLC ("Settling Party") for the JJW Metal Recycling Fire Superfund Site ("Site"), located at 756 Los Colobos Street, Carolina, Puerto Rico.
