The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is announcing the availability of a Record of Decision for the final programmatic environmental impact statement (EIS) for proposed geological and geophysical (G&G) activities on the Gulf of Mexico (GOM) Outer Continental Shelf (OCS).
