Air Plan Approval; Missouri; Removal of Control of VOC Emissions from Traffic Coatings

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Missouri on December 3, 2018. Missouri requests that the EPA remove a rule related to control of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from traffic coatings from its SIP.
