(NEXTEEL) and SeAH Steel Corporation (SeAH) sold certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2016, through August 31, 2017. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
