FMCSA announces that it has received an application from the Association of American Railroads and American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (AAR/ASLRRA) requesting a limited exemption from the maximum driving time requirements of the hours-of-service (HOS) regulations for drivers of property-carrying vehicles.
