Approval of California Air Plan Revisions, South Coast Air Quality Management District and Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District (YSAQMD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from motor vehicle and mobile equipment refinishing coating operations. We are proposing to approve local rules to regulate these emission sources under the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act).
