The Department of Commerce ("the Department") published its Preliminary Results of the third administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel threaded rod from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") on April 9, 2013.\1\ The period of review ("POR") is April 1, 2011, through March 31, 2012. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results. Based upon our analysis of the comments received, we made changes to the margin calculations for these final results.
