The Office of the United States Trade Representative ("USTR") is providing notice that on August 20, 2009, Brazil requested the establishment of a panel under the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization ("WTO Agreement") concerning certain issues relating to the imposition by the United States of antidumping measures on certain orange juice from Brazil.
