The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing for public comment a notice of receipt of a petition for rulemaking, dated February 23, 2007, which was filed with the Commission by David Lochbaum, on behalf of the Project On Government Oversight and the Union of Concerned Scientists.
