The Corporation for National and Community Service (hereinafter the "Corporation") adopts final Guidance to Federal Financial Assistance Recipients Regarding Title VI Prohibition Against National Origin Discrimination Affecting Limited English Proficient Persons (the Corporation's Recipient LEP Guidance). The Corporation's Recipient LEP Guidance is issued pursuant to Executive Order 13166, and supplants existing guidance on the same subject originally published at 66 FR 3548 (January 16, 2001).
