On September 3, 2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment in Officine Tecnosider SRL v. United States, Court no. 23-00001, sustaining the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce)'s second remand results pertaining to the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL Plate) from Italy covering the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021.
