Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received an application, by letter dated March 3, 1998, from International Uranium (USA) Corporation (IUSA) to amend NRC Source Material License No. SUA-1358. By this submittal, IUSA is requesting NRC approval for a performance-based license condition (PBLC) regarding the acceptance of alternate feed materials for processing at its White Mesa Uranium Mill, located near Blanding, Utah.
