The Office of Governmentwide Policy, Travel and Transportation Division is establishing two new forms, Standard Form 326, Semiannual Report Of Payments Accepted From A Non-Federal Source, and Standard Form 326A, Semiannual Report Of Payments Accepted From A Non-Federal Source--Continuation. Section 302 of the Ethics Reform Act of 1989 (Pub. L. 101-194, November 30, 1989), amended title 31, United States Code, requires the collection of this information.
