This notice is to provide information to the public concerning a planned cooperative agreement between the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors to support State technical assistance and related activities. If the application is recommended for approval by the Initial Review Group, and the SAMHSA National Advisory Council concurs, a cooperative agreement will be awarded. This is not a formal request for applications. An application will be solicited only from the National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors.
