Co., Ltd (Sanmei), an exporter of pentafluoroethane (R-125) from the People's Republic of China, sold subject merchandise to the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2023, through February 29, 2024. Additionally, Commerce continues to determine that Zhejiang Yonghe Refrigerant Co., Ltd (Yonghe) is not eligible for a separate rate and therefore is part of the China-wide entity.
