Fresh Cut Flowers From Mexico; Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Revocation in Part of Antidumping Duty Order

On June 4, 1996, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain fresh cut flowers from Mexico. The period of review is April 1, 1994 through March 31, 1995. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. We have not changed our preliminary results of review. We have determined that sales have not been made below normal value (NV). We have also determined to revoke the order in part, with respect to the respondent, Rancho El Aguaje (Aguaje).
