Iron Construction Castings From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On August 2, 1995, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on iron construction castings from the People's Republic of China (PRC). This review covers one producer/exporter, the Liaoning Branch of the China National Machinery Import and Export Corporation (MACHIMPEX, Liaoning), and entries of the subject merchandise into the United States during the period May 1, 1993 through April 30, 1994. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. We received a case brief from the petitioner, the Municipal Castings Fair Trade Counsel, supporting the preliminary results. We received no other comments. We have not changed the margin from that presented in our preliminary results of review.
