The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announces that on November 21, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, the Global Markets Advisory Committee (GMAC or Committee) will hold a virtual public meeting. At this meeting, the GMAC will hear a presentation from the GMAC's Digital Asset Markets Subcommittee on expanding use of non-cash collateral through use of distributed ledger technology and consider a recommendation from the Subcommittee.
