The Farm Credit Administration (FCA), by order of the FCA Board (Board), adopts a final rule that repeals several regulations concerning loan policies and operations, funding, and miscellaneous items as well as two Agency prior-approval requirements. These repeals are part of an ongoing effort by the FCA to reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens on Farm Credit System (FCS or System) institutions.
