EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision corrects deficiencies and adds requirements for the control of VOCs from surface coating, pneumatic rubber tire manufacturing, graphic arts and synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry (SOCMI) equipment leaks.
