Короткий зміст
On December 27, 2011, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") published in the Federal Register a notice of initiation of a changed circumstances review ("CCR") of the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") in order to determine whether Guangdong Zhongya Aluminum Company Limited ("Guangdong Zhongya") is the successor-in-interest to Zhaoqing New Zhongya Aluminum Co., Ltd. ("New Zhongya"). We have preliminarily determined that Guangdong Zhongya is the successor-in- interest to New Zhongya for the purpose of determining antidumping duty liability. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
