On April 29, 2011, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the 14th administrative review for the antidumping duty order on certain pasta from Turkey (pasta).\1\ The review covers one exporter: Marsan Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.
