Extension of Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review: Law Enforcement Officer Flying Armed Training

This notice announces that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has forwarded the Information Collection Request (ICR), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number 1652-0034, abstracted below to OMB for review and approval of an extension of the currently approved collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and its expected burden. TSA published a Federal Register notice, with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments, of the following collection of information on August 10, 2011, 76 FR 49504. The collection involves TSA gathering information from Territorial, Tribal, Federal, municipal, county, state, and authorized railroad law enforcement agencies who have requested the Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) Flying Armed training course.

Agency Information Collection Activities; Revision of a Currently Approved Collection: Petition To Remove the Conditions on Residence

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment upon this proposed revision of a currently approved collection of information. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the information collection notice is published in the Federal Register to obtain comments regarding the nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, the estimated burden (i.e. the time, effort, and resources used by the respondents to respond), the estimated cost to the respondent, and the actual information collection instruments.

Extension of Lebanon Designation for Temporary Protected Status

The designation of Lebanon for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), which was set to expire on May 27, 2026, is automatically extended to November 27, 2026. Under the TPS statute, if the Secretary does not determine whether a foreign state continues to meet the conditions for designation for TPS at least 60 days before the expiration of the country's current TPS designation, the period of designation is automatically extended for six months. Rapidly unfolding events in Lebanon in March 2026 impacted the Department's ability to conduct a thorough review of prevailing country conditions for the Secretary's timely consideration and determination.

Security Zones; Vessels Carrying Dangerous Cargo, Corpus Christi and La Quinta Ship Channels, Corpus Christi, TX

The Coast Guard is establishing a security zone around vessels carrying Certain Dangerous Cargos (CDCs), for which the Captain of the Port, Corpus Christi deems enhanced security measures are necessary on a case-by-case basis. This security zone is needed to safeguard these vessels, the public, and the surrounding area from sabotage or other subversive acts, accidents, or other events of a similar nature. This rulemaking prohibits entry of vessels or person into this security zone during enforcement periods unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Corpus Christi or their designated representative.

Distribution of Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset to Affected Domestic Producers

Pursuant to the Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act of 2000, this document is U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) notice of intent to distribute assessed antidumping and countervailing duties (known as the continued dumping and subsidy offset) for Fiscal Year 2026 in connection with countervailing duty orders, antidumping duty orders, and findings under the Antidumping Act of 1921. This document provides instructions for affected domestic producers, or anyone alleging eligibility to receive a distribution, to file certifications to claim a distribution in relation to the listed orders and findings, and to provide CBP with the necessary information to effect payment of a distribution by electronic funds transfer.

This notice announces a revised town hall meeting schedule to allow external stakeholders a limited additional opportunity to provide input on refining the scope and burden of the CIRCIA Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) issued in the Federal Register on April 4, 2024. The proposed CIRCIA rulemaking seeks to implement the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act of 2022, as amended, by implementing covered cyber incident and ransom payment reporting requirements for covered entities.
