Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to New Varieties Development & Management Corporation of Lakeland, Florida, an exclusive license to the variety of citrus claimed in U.S. Plant Patent Application Serial No. 12/931,765, "Mandarin Tree Named US Early Pride," filed on February 10, 2011.
