Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to the California Table Grape Commission of Fresno, California, an exclusive license to the variety of table grape claimed in U.S. Plant Patent Application Serial No. 13/199,300, "Grapevine Denominated Valley Pearl," filed on August 25, 2011.
